11 Jun New Shepherds MTS Program in Savannah, GA
Remote Learning Done Better
Shepherds Theological Seminary is excited to announce the launch of a new program in the heart of Savannah, GA, called the Shepherds 360 Cluster, beginning August 10, 2020. This program combines our versatile Master of Theological Studies (MTS) degree with a remote learning model that effectively trains and equips students, while fostering in-person community and discipleship grounded in a local church. This program is designed for both pastoral staff and also for the lay believer who is discipling, leading small groups, and otherwise serving in the body of Christ.
Here are the program highlights:
- Shared Learning
The cluster dynamic provides a cohort in which students work with fellow learners in training for ministry.
- Mentored Learning
A seasoned and dedicated on-site teaching mentor guides students towards academic achievement while also serving as a discipler and counselor.
- Local Church-Centered Learning
A vibrant local church provides the spiritual oversight essential to a robust ministry training experience.
- Comprehensive Bible Learning
Students have the option to live-stream Route 66, a Shepherds program that takes students through all 66 books of the Bible in a nine-month academic year, meeting early on weekday mornings.
- Experiential Learning
Shepherds’ Israel Initiative study trip allows students to learn the Bible on location and in-context.
- Affordable Learning
Participation from the local church enables students to receive a substantial tuition discount.
Cost of Program: $15,000 (this includes a reduction-in-cost incentive for selecting this cohort program)
- In addition, students from churches that join the 360 Regional Fellowship and provide monthly support to STS will receive an additional 10% discount on tuition.
