At the heart of the Shepherds Institute is a cohort model, where students walk together through the entire program. This creates a unique environment of encouragement, accountability, and shared growth, both academically and spiritually. You will not walk this journey alone, but alongside others who share your desire to serve Christ and His church faithfully.
Students will be trained in the essential disciplines of biblical studies, theology, and ministry, while also being shaped through intentional discipleship and mentorship. Our faculty, faithful scholar-pastors, are committed not only to academic excellence but to your personal and spiritual formation.
The Shepherds Institute also provides a robust on-campus experience, allowing students to engage deeply with their studies, build meaningful relationships with faculty, and participate fully in the life of the seminary.
